Dream of a village boy to be Educationist

 My dream is to become an Educationist. When I close my eyes I imagine myself as a stakeholder in education department. I want to see myself as an educationist that I can contribute for development in education department, I want to develop education sector that our youth and coming generations can get free and quality education. I am eyewitness of the thing that I could not get free quality education and I saw many talented students who were seeing dreams to become good officers and doctors but they could not make it true because our education system is very poor,we do not provide quality education free of cost and in the result we loose so many good officers,so many doctors and professors.

           Education is basic need,fundamental right and basic component of development, our progress depend on education.If we will make strong our education system, I am damn sure we will progress soon and we will be added in G10 (Greatest 10) countries) list. .Whatever I saw in rural areas and in backwards areas,towns and cities, our education system is leading us towards destruction because mostly our schools, colleges of rural areas are not providing quality education just these institutions are giving us degrees with no knowledge and skills. Because in those institutions students just give exams by doing cheating (copy) and this is biggest disease (virus) in our society and it is our mindset that If we will not copy we can not pass the exams but we do not know that If we have no knowledge then degree have no value,we are just going in backward direction due to poor quality education but due to corrupt stakeholders just people having degree without knowledge are getting good jobs even getting qualify commission and other competitive exams by giving them money.

            My dream is our need because If I suppose education system in our village there are five primary schools but unfortunately these all are not functioning well, just teachers come and company with eachother they focus on company more than students not only this main reason our all teachers are not trained they are just following one traditional method to teach and our syllabus have no changes according to period and situations and I think it is our biggest mistake because we should train our teachers that they can deliver quality education and we should update & upgrade our syllabus that students can learn whatever going on now a days. I wish that my dream come true and I can become an education minister/officer/expert and I can implement ICT (Information Communication Technology) in education sector which will help us to make easy acces to quality education.

            I will give my best for my dream to become true and I think this is our need and if we will not do this if we will not think about ourselves then no one will come to help us so I decided that I will pursue my life for development and for development we have to develop of education quality, we have to provide education everywhere and we have to make it easy and free education for all. I have high hopes that Insha Allah one day my dream will come true and I will become an educationist.
